Rihanna and Formula One race car driver Lewis Hamilton were recently spotted hanging out together on her home island of Barbados at the Kadooment festival, again sparking rumors the two might be an item or at least hooking up.

Rihanna posted several photos on her Instagram page of her having quite the time at the event, including some of her and Nicole Scherzinger's ex looking quite cozy. Rumors about the two go back years, and Hamilton has also recently been linked to Kendall Jenner.

Earlier on festival day, the Daily Mail reports a topless Hamilton was also seen climbing onto Rihanna's party truck in the streets of Bridgetown. The Kadooment Day parade is the height of Barbados' Crop Over festival, a West Indian celebration marking the end of the sugar-cane harvest.

The soulful Rihanna came dressed for the occasion, decked out in an ensemble highlighted by a barely there diamond sparkly bra, matching underwear and a huge feathered head-dress. Often, she could be seen dancing on her truck.

The 30-year-old Hamilton currently leads the Formula One world championships, 21 points ahead of teammate Nico Rosberg. Hamilton recently placed a disappointing sixth at the Hungarian Grand Prix, but it seems now he may have had other things on his mind. F1 drivers are currently on a three-week hiatus before returning to the track for the Belgium Grand Prix on Aug. 21-23.

Until recently, Rihanna had been rumored to be dating soccer star Karim Benzema, but the two reportedly split up late last month after he was spotted embracing the former girlfriend of a rival soccer player. At one point, Benzema was also rumored to be getting close to Karrueche Tran, the ex-girlfriend of Rihanna's ex Chris Brown.
