As the release date of "Fallout 4" looms near, more details about the highly anticipated game continue to come out. Among the additional information game developers released will surely delight fans as it has been confirmed that the upcoming title will not have a level cap for its players.

Bethesda made the announcement via social media platform, Twitter, on Thursday.

"To our fans who've asked: Fallout 4 doesn't end when the main story is over and there is no level cap. You can keep playing and leveling," posted the developer on the microblogging site.

The issue regarding the main story and leveling came about in light of the previous iteration of the title.

In Fallout 3, the game had an ending that forced players to "reload a save before completing the final mission in order to continue their adventure," noted Game Rant.

Previous titles also set a level limit, with "Fallout 2" having the most number of levels at 99, noted Game Ranx.

"Fallout 3" originally had 20 levels but was upgraded to 30 with the arrival of the "Broken Steel" expansion pack.

Wth the game developers' assurance that there is no level cap on the title, then that means that players can continue playing the game as long as they want to or as long as there is no new "Fallout" title to explore.

In fact, it was already reported that a huge amount of gameplay hours can be done on the new title.

"I've played the game probably 400 hours, and I'm still finding stuff that I haven't see yet," lead producer Jeff Gardiner told Games Radar at the E3 event last June.

With a massive environment to explore and no limit on the levels that can be achieved on the game, "Fallout 4" is setting itself up to be the biggest title in the franchise.

Apart from the huge area to explore and unlimited levels, the upcoming title also did not skimp on additional features for players to check out. The new game will allow its players to customize their weapon of choice as well as an updated VATS combat system.

This will ensure that the players remain engaged the whole time in different adventures apart from the usual unlocking of levels in the title.

"Fallout 4" will hit shelves on November 10 for the current generation consoles PS4, Xbox One and the PC.
