From a yearly football simulator to a brand new version of Destiny, this season will not be short of titles for gamers.

Madden NFL 16 will be released on Aug. 25 for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. This year's Madden will include more controls that will let players battle for a jump ball in the air.

Passing the ball will become more realistic with improved pass targeting. Madden's creators will continue to make improvements on creating a more realistic football simulation.

Madden NFL will be available for $59.99 or $69.99 for the Deluxe Edition. Preordering the game now will give players $15 in Live Nation Concert Cash, $15 in Madden Ultimate Team content, 10 Pro Packs and a Playmaker's Pack.

Mad Max will be released on Sept. 1 for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players will build a car from scratch and upgrade it as they go along. Players will need to also focus on Max and his abilities.

As Max goes through the game, he will learn new attacks, skills and acquire weapons. Ammunition is hard to find, but other weapons will help Max get through the open-world environment offered in this game. Players will have to decide which alliances Max will make in order to get through the game. Finding a way to survive is the key to Mad Max. Preordering Mad Max will give players the customizable Magnum Opus Ripper Vehicle. Mad Max will cost $59.99 on both systems and is rated M for mature.

An all-new Destiny game will debut on Sept. 15 for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. "Destiny: The Taken King" is the sequel to Destiny. In this game, Ancient Hive King Oryx and his evil army are out to exact revenge for his son's death and they are after the player and his Guardian friends. Players will need to recall their powers and skills from the past in order to stay alive.

There will be two versions of Destiny: The Taken King -- the Legendary Edition, and the Collector's Edition.

The Legendary Edition comes with Destiny, Expansion 1 (The Dark Below), Expansion 2 (House of Wolves) and The Taken King. The Collector's Edition comes with Destiny, Expansion 1 (The Dark Below), Expansion 2 (House of Wolves) and The Taken King Collector's Edition Box, Early Access Weapons Pack, Collector's Edition Digital Content, relics, artifacts and more. Both games will come with a special Founder's Fortune Pack and DLC bonuses if preordered by Aug. 31. The Legendary Edition costs $59.99 for both systems, while the Collector's Edition costs $80.
