Jared Fogle has been charged with, not only possessing child pornography, but also having sexual intercourse with at least 14 minors as well as traveling to engage in such acts. FBI documents recently released, via TMZ, show the extent of Fogle's crimes.

He allegedly abused children as young as 13. The child pornography obtained from his residence as well as that Jared Foundation Executive Director Russell Taylor's shows Taylor engaging in illicit acts with the minors.

TMZ reports Fogle, as part of his plea deal, will serve the minimum of 5 years, will pay $1.4 million in restitutions to the victims ($100,000 each) and will be registered as a sex offender.

Tim Nichols, reported for WISH TV, tweeted a statement from Fogle's wife, Katie, in which she states she is divorcing her husband.

Former Subway spokesman Jared Fogle is expected to plead guilty to possession of child pornography charges on Wednesday, reports Fox59 News.

According to three Indianapolis news stations, Fogle will accept a plea deal. The U.S. Attorney's Office will reportedly reveal details about the deal and charges against Fogle on Wednesday afternoon.

In July, the FBI and law enforcement authorities raided Fogle's Zionsville, Indiana home where the former Subway representative lives with his wife and two children. The authorities spent 11 hours removing various electronics from the house. According to Fogle's lawyer Ron Elberger at the time, the 37-year-old was cooperating with the investigation.

The day of the July raid, Subway announced that they were terminating their relationship with Fogle, who first appeared in a commercial touting his weight loss results from eating at the fast food chain in 2000.

"Subway and Jared Fogle have mutually agreed to suspend their relationship due to the current investigation," Subway said in a statement. "Both Jared and Subway agree that this was the appropriate step to take."

The investigation at Fogle's followed months after Jared Foundation executive director, Russell Taylor, was arrested on federal child porn charges.

Taylor, 43, was arrested in April and charged with seven counts of child pornography production and one count of child pornography possession, reports People magazine. He reportedly attempted suicide following his arrest, but failed. He remains in the custody of the U.S. Marshal's Office.

When Taylor was arrested, Fogle told the media he was "shocked" by the allegations against his friend and foundation associate, and promptly severed ties with him.

Neighbors of the Fogle family describe the former Subway spokesman as a friendly, but quiet man.

"He's always waving and saying hi," Julie Hole told People. "I hope he's innocent."

Fogle has not yet released a statement regarding the charges.

Subway told People in a statement on Tuesday, "We have already ended our relationship with Jared and have no further comment."
