Several characters may not survive the finale on "Lo Imperdonable." The show's producer revealed possible deaths to bring up ratings and one Osvaldo de León revealed his character may be partially to blame.

During an interview with journalist Shanik Berman on her radio show, De León revealed that his character, Dr. Daniel, may be to blame for the death of another character.

According to Radio Fórmula, the 34-year-old Mexican star explained that his character will continue to head in a villainous path and will eventually commit murder.

"I start to control characters like Virginia, Verónica, Martín, and everyone," explained the actor about Daniel.

"Lo Imperdonable," produced by Salvador Mejía for Televisa, stars Ana Brenda Contreras and Iván Sánchez as the telenovela's protagonists and Grettell Valdéz and Sergio Sendel as the main antagonists.

Mejía revealed that "everyone is a nominee" when it came to who might not survive the finale, reported El Nuevo Herald. The producer also explained that new episodes where written quickly to help increase ratings in Mexico, which are slightly lower than those in the U.S., where the show beats other novelas like "La Sombra del Pasado" and "Amores Con Trampa" in ratings.

The episodes, explained Mejía, are geared at improving Grettell Valdez's character and to bring about a new villain to chase after the protagonist. Could this villain be Daniel?

De León revealed that the novela would be done taping in September, a few days before the finale airs on Oct. 4 and that he is already looking for new projects that can challenge him as an actor.

"I think it is like being an architect," the actor said about what it's like to be an actor. "When you finish your project you leave and move on to what follows."
