LeBron 13 Release Date, Rumors, Price, Where To Buy & Leaked Photos
Nike has yet to unveil the 13th signature shoe of Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James, but photos of the new LeBron 13 leaked online along with the rumored release date.
James was seen wearing his new signature shoe during a Nike Basketball Academy event earlier this month, but the leaked photo was too blurry for fans to determine the features of the new signature shoe.
But thanks to Kicks or Die, we now have a clear look at the new LeBron 13, which looks similar to the colorway James sported during the Nike event.
Based on the leaked photos, the LeBron 13 will likely feature Megafuse materials again. According to Nike Blog, the Hyperposite technology will take a backseat, as it was just on the side panel of the new signature model.
Instead of using the Flywire technology, the LeBron 13 will have a traditional lace eyelets. The leaked colorway also features speckled midsole that sits on top of a translucent outsole. Like the LeBron 12, the soon-to-be-unveiled model will also sport the Hex-Zoom system on the outsole for maximum impact protection.
According to SoleCollector, the leaked edition will be dubbed as the LeBron 13 "Berry" and will be officially listed as the Medium Berry/Pure Platinum-Court Purple-Black colorway.
This edition, which features a berry-based upper part combined with black and purple hints, will be available on Oct. 10, which confirmed previous rumors that the new signature model will hit the market before the start of the 2015-16 NBA season. More photos of this colorway are available on this link.
Aside from the LeBron 13 "Berry" edition, SoleCollector also reported that a red-based version will arrive at retailers on Oct. 24. Both editions will be available for $220 per pair.
Photos of the red-based colorway, along with more detailed images of the "Berry" edition, are expected to surface in the coming weeks. Check Latin Post for updates on James' 13th Nike signature shoe.
