Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott is being accused of being a "deadbeat dead" by his ex-wife and has been ordered to pay up what he owes within 30 days.

In Touch Weekly reports Mary Jo Eustace claims in legal documents McDermott hasn't paid support to 16-year-old son Jack for five months and is some $8,700 behind. McDermott dumped Eustace, whom he married in 1993, to wed the "Beverly Hills, 90210" star Spelling 12 years later.

McDermott and Spelling are also the parents of three young children, and recently she tearfully admitted on their "True Tori" reality show that they are facing financial struggles.

"We live paycheck to paycheck," she said on the October aired episode. "After this, I have no f*cking idea if work's going to come in. Like, how am I going to support my family in six months?"

In recent times, the couple has also starred in such reality shows as "Tori & Dean: Storibook Weddings," "Tori & Dean: Inn Love" and "Tori & Dean: Cabin Fever."

In the "True Tori" show, the couple's marital woes played out on air after Dean admitted to having an affair. In addition, Tori, the daughter of famed, late TV producer Aaron Spelling, has also been a regular guest of several entertainment and talk shows while Dean has hosted the cooking show "Chopped Canada."

Aaron Spelling produced such hit TV shows as "The Love Boat," "Charlie's Angels" and "Beverly Hills, 90210" and was estimated to be worth as much as $600 million at the time of his death in 2006.

Recently, Tori and Dean were forced to sell their California mansion and downgrade to a smaller apartment. On the day of the move, the couple was seen hauling their stuff to their vehicles and driving off. The most recent move was the couple's third over just the last two years.
