Rap star T.I. owes the IRS nearly $5 million in unpaid taxes, and federal officials are now targeting his property for seizure to pay off the debt.

According to The Daily Mail, the government has filed liens against the rapper, born Clifford Harris, for the years 2012 and 2013, bringing his overall debt to some $4,570,759.86. The rapper's wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle is also named on the first lien of $1,397,283.47.

The website adds T.I.'s estimated wealth comes in at a staggering $215 million, and according to both People and Forbes magazines, he pocketed $75 million in 2015 alone. The Atlanta-born rapper started in the music business in 2001 and is the founder of Grand Hustle Records. He has released nine studio albums and boasts such hits as "Whatever You Like," "Live your Life" with Rihanna, and "About the Money" with Young Thug.

The soon-to-be 35-year-old T.I. has also starred in such movies and TV shows as "American Gangster," alongside Denzel Washington, "ATL", "Takers," "Identity Thief," "Ride Along 2," "Sleepless Nights" and "Boss." He also owns the popular, Atlanta-based night club Club Crucial, as well as the Hustle Gang, Akoo and Strivers Row clothing lines.

He and Cottle have been together since 2001 and have two sons together, Clifford Joseph, 10, and Major Philant, 7. The couple became legally married in 2010 and can often be seen traveling around town in their fleet of expensive cars, which includes a Dodge Challenger SRT8, Ferrari F430 Spider, Mercedes Benz SLR McLaren and Bentley Mulsanne.

The Daily Mail notes, other than his expansive car collection, the rapper's Atlanta area mansion and his diamond and gold Rolex watch are among the assets and property feds could target.
