If he were anyone else Brown would be facing at least four years and eight months in jail with no probation before being handed a substantial fee. Chris Brown is only sentenced with five years probation. Again the law for the common folk does not fall upon the famous actors and singers as seen by Lindsey Lohan and Justin Beiber on multiple occasions. When will the law actually affect the stars that the children of this generation look up too? Honestly, if Brown can get away with abusing Rihanna, and blatantly break his probation with only a slap on the wrist, how will that look to the younger generation?
