Charlie Sheen must love twins because he's about to add a new set to his family. That's right, the Warlock hath be wedded! The enigmatic, coke-loving actor is headed down the altar for a fourth time. Sheen proposed to his 24-year-old top heavy porn star girlfriend Brett Rossi on Saturday morning. The romantic engagement took place in Hawaii.

Sheen clearly doesn't care for about the "half plus seven" rule, then. If he had followed those guidelines, the 48-year-old would only be allowed to date women 31 years old and up.

So who was Sheen previously wedded to? He was previously married to Donna Peele from 1995-96, Denise Richards from 2002-06 and Brooke Mueller from 2008-11. To be fair, Sheen's first marriage technically doesn't count since he and Peele got an annulment. 

Sheen wants to make sure everyone understands that fact:

"With all due respect to Donna -- that maiden Klay-Vinn was annulled," Sheen wrote in a statement to the mag referring to his first marriage to Donna Peele, which ended in annulment.

The first three times didn't work out well for Sheen at all. So, besides the obvious, what other assets will Rossi bring to their marriage? I guess we'll have to wait and see.

The two were rumored to be getting married in January, but nothing materialized. All the speculation stemmed from a Charlie Sheen tweet in which he wrote:

"This is the house ware M Gorbachev R Reagan did some epic. it's also where S and I GOT MARRIED! c #RumorMilUhPede"

Many Twitter users fell for the not-so-elaborate ruse. They wished the couple luck -- hopefully they didn't delete those tweets as they can recycle them now.

Sheen is clearly a happy man right now, so much so that he made up a nickname for he and his wife:

"Therefore, if 'three' truly is a charm; The mashup/acronym of the real CS, (Charlie & Scottie) HAS to be; 'Char-M-stee...'" he added about his new love Rossi, whose nickname is Scottie.

It's only a matter of time before odds maker Bovado releases the over-under on how long the Rossi-Sheen marriage will last. I give them three months to a year.
