An amended wrongful death suit filed against Nick Gordon in connection with the death of Bobbi Kristina Brown alleges that a third person was present on the morning that he fatally attacked his girlfriend.

Radar Online reports the claim is found in the multimillion dollar suit the conservator of Bobbi Kristina's estate, Bedelia Hargrove, recently filed against Gordon. According to the website, the suit alleges that a "white girl" was lying across the bed of the couple's master bedroom as the explosive altercation leading to Whitney Houston's daughter being rushed to a hospital emergency room unfolded.

Bobbi Kristina, 22, never regained consciousness stemming from the late January confrontation and has since been buried alongside her mother at a New Jersey cemetery.

On the morning in question, the suit further alleges that Gordon emerged from the bathroom and climbed in bed with the woman and laid his head across her ankle before uttering, "Now I want a pretty little white girl like you."

Though the documents don't identify the female believed to be present, several media outlets have named her as Danyela Bradley, an 18-year-old purported friend of Bobbi Kristina's.

Reports are that Danyela's mother, Marlene, has admitted that both her daughter and her boyfriend Max Lomas were at the couple's home that night and it was Lomas who called 911 after Bobbi Kristina was discovered face down in the bathtub.

Marlene has since added, Danyela claimed Gordon "did something to [Bobbi Kristina]."

The suit also specifically claims that Gordon violently fought with his girlfriend in the moments before she was hospitalized, mercilessly labeling her as a "whore" and accusing her of cheating on him on him before giving her a "toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious."

It's alleged that Gordon then placed her face down in the water-filled tub, causing her to suffer irreversible brain damage.

Gordon's lawyers, led by famed Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez, have since labeled the allegations as "slanderous and meritless."
