Katy Perry may not return to Milan Fashion Week anytime soon: reports are emerging that she was "booed" during the Moschino show yesterday! Fortunately, those same reports are stating that the pop star handled it "like a pro!"

According to Metro, the photographers who were on site at the show in Milan, Italy booed the "I Kissed a Girl" singer because she showed up an hour late to the show. The show, which was due to begin at 8 p.m., didn't launch until nearly 9 p.m., during which time the photographers grew restless and began to heckle the pop star when she finally did make her way down the runway.

Based on the photos taken by the Getty Images photographer, it's clear that Katy was definitely flustered for getting heckled, however, she handled the rest of the evening like a pro. Indeed, a representative for Moschino came out and defended John Mayer's girlfriend, saying she was "told to come" at 9 p.m., not at 8 p.m. as was stated on the tip sheet.

This fashion show marked the debut of new Moschino creative head Jeffrey Scott, who invited both Perry and fellow starlet Rita Ora to the show. Both stars, in return, wore Moschino for the show.

Meanwhile, according to Just Jared Jr., Perry's boyfriend John Mayer wasn't at the show cheering his girl on. Instead, he was spotted out and about in New York City.

But Perry needn't cry herself to sleep over this slight setback: Perry has received numerous awards and nominations, including 11 Grammy nominations and Billboard dubbed her as 2012's Woman of the Year. She remains the only artist to spend 69 consecutive weeks in the top ten of the Hot 100. Perry is also the third best selling digital singles artist in US according to RIAA. She has ventured into celebrity endorsement and released fragrances Purr, Meow, and Killer Queen.
