It's official. After three months of dating, One Direction's Harry Styles and Kendall Jenner have decided to go their separate ways, Perez Hilton reports. Apparently, the two's demanding schedules were the main reason for their break up.

An insider said, "Kendall has been focusing on her modeling career and Harry is preparing for work on the band's fourth album, as well as their stadium tour. The reality is that with everything they both have going on, it's impossible to sustain anything serious."

The source also opened up to Hollywood Life that the break up may have a lot more impact on Kendall than Harry. The source revealed, "Mostly Harry wasn't ever in it for the long haul. Kendall had a gleam of hope but she wasn't his dream girl and his schedule was his out, he could have let it continue but it was his decision to move on."

Going back to previous events would reveal hints regarding the teen couple's relationship status. When Kendall was spotted during the Fashion Week in London, she was not accompanied by Harry. On the other hand, the 1D member was seen supporting former girlfriend Cara Delevigne's fashion show instead of cheering for Kendall on her Fashion Week debut.

The insider explained that Harry's no-shows were intentional and said, "Harry purposely didn't go to the Topshop show or have his planned party so people wouldn't speculate about him and Kendall."

Both fortunately, there was no major fallout between the two following their split. They still remain friends which can lead to the possibility of them getting back together in the near future once their schedules clear up. The insider said, "The way they left it opens up for future hookups. So it's over for now but we'll see what happens after the tour."
