The "season premiere" of "Monday Night Raw" will come from Memphis, Tennessee, and quite a few matches have already been confirmed.

It's the final "Raw" before "WWE Night of Champions," and two championships will be defended tonight. On Monday night, Divas Champion Nikki Bella will tie AJ Lee as the longest-reigning Divas Champion of all time. Lee has "retired" from the WWE, and Bella has been determined to pass the 295-day mark and reach 300 days. Charlotte is the No. 1 contender for Bella's title, and was going to compete for the title at "Night of Champions."

To further build the storyline and the tension, the Divas Championship match was moved up a week. If the WWE use logic, then the Divas Championship match will occur early the "Raw" broadcast. Will Charlotte win? As much as she can perform in the ring, a disqualification or dirty finish will occur. In the end, expect Bella to win the title and surpass Lee's record.

The WWE Tag Team Championship is also on the line. Current champions The New Day will defend the titles against former champions The Prime Time Players. It has been confirmed that the winner of Monday's match will face The Dudley Boyz at "Night of Champions." The New Day is on fire, figuratively, as they have literally put the word "entertainment" in "sports entertainment." To further build Sunday's match, The New Day will win on Monday night.

Since it is the final "Raw" before "Night of Champions," Sting will make an appearance to promote his match against WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins. Last week, Sting finally destroyed Rollins' statue, and now the champion wants revenge.

Rollins also has a match against John Cena for the United States Championship at "Night of Champions." Fans can expected another Cena promo stating how "he never gives up" against Rollins.

Dean Ambrose and Roman Reigns will debut their tag-team partner for their match against The Wyatt Family. Kevin Owens appears to have set his eyes on the Intercontinental Championship, currently held by Ryback, and fans could expect confirmation of a match tonight or during the "SmackDown" tapings. Also, the Rusev, Summer Rae and Dolph Ziggler storyline continues despite Lana's legitimate injury.

Another development is the brewing feud between Sasha Banks and Paige. Banks defeated Paige on a number of occasions, and the two fought during the last "SmackDown" broadcast, which ended in a no-contest.

"WWE Monday Night Raw" airs weekly 8 p.m. EDT on the USA Network.
