Amidst the rumors that her long-awaited wedding plans to Justin Theroux have been put on hold, the question begs itself: why can't Jennifer Aniston find herself a man and settle down?

According to MSN's Wonderwall, the wedding between the two is on hold, and they cite evidence such as the fact that the former Friends star spent her 45th birthday in Los Angeles with her friends (including fellow Friends star Courtney Cox), instead of in New York with her "fiance," where he's filming the HBO series The Leftovers.

And if you believe the site, it's not for lack of trying, either. "Justin asked Jen to come to New York City, but she declined, citing the cold weather. She wanted to be in sunny California with her friends," reports the site.

Furthermore, Jennifer's failure to go to the funeral of Philip Seymour Hoffman -- who was one of Justin's closest friends -- indicates that she definitely has no intention of having this wedding go forward. "There is absolutely no wedding talk or planning going on," says the site. "Publicly the couple is saying it's because they are just too busy with work, but if they wanted to get married, it would happen."

(Hey, maybe she just didn't know the guy. Maybe she doesn't like funerals. Maybe a little bit of both! Cut the girl some slack!)

According to Entertainment Wise, even though Jen constantly insists that everything is wonderful in paradise, she really has no faith in the fact that they're going to remain together for the long haul, because despite the fact that Theroux popped the question in 2012, he has yet to take any initiative in preparing for the wedding in any meaningful way. (Uhm...isn't that the bride's job?) "She feels like he's broken his pledge to be more proactive when it comes to wedding planning -- he consistently won't finalise agreement for a date and 18 months after they got engaged, she just feels he's been doing less than ever," reports Entertainment Wise.
