Sofia Vergara Reveals How Jealousy Almost Kept Her From Dating Joe Manganiello [Watch]
Sofia Vergara may be one of Hollywood's hottest Latinas, but that doesn't mean she doesn't get jealous when other women pay attention to her boyfriend.
During a recent interview on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" the actress discussed that she doesn't like when other women flirt with her fiancé Joe Manganiello, who she became engaged to in winter 2014, reported E! Online.
"I told him when I met him that he was too handsome," she said. "But now I'm very grateful that I did went out with him."
When asked whether she gets concerned about dating very handsome men, the Colombiana said that she does and explained that other women have something to do with it.
"At that point, yes, because I had just broken up with my ex," said Vergara. "I didn't want to go into a relationship with somebody that ... I thought he was going to be too much work, because girls were throwing themselves at him. I'm like, 'Ay! No! Please, I want somebody norm.'"
"I've seen it," she told Kimmel about women flirting with the actor, adding, "Girls don't care." However, Vergara also added that she gets why someone like Manganiello would get a lot of attention from women. "I mean, have you seen him? I mean, I understand," she continued. "I don't judge them."
The "Modern Family" star also shared details about her upcoming wedding to the "Magic Mike XXL" star, reported ABC News.
"We'll kind of keep it a little private, but it's been kind of impossible because people have been very excited in my family," she said, explaining their struggle to trim down their guest list.
"We said, 'Two hundred for you, two hundred for me,' but my 200 is like family, so I couldn't invite many of my friends ... The truth is that he gave me some of his, because I was in trouble," she continued. "There were people from work that I needed to bring."
