World Boxing Association super middleweight champion Andre Ward is no fan of the International Boxing Organization and WBA middleweight king Gennady "GGG" Golovkin.

Ward, who remains unbreakable even after 28 fights, with 15 knockout victories to boot, per BoxRec, slams "Triple G" after the Kazakh warrior's camp denied him a fight.

"It's not Triple G no more, It's Little G. Little G turned down an official fight with us, I don't know, about a month ago...I have an email right now that shows that we gave him what he wanted, we'll give you 50/50, these are the terms, these are the conditions, and the promoter turned it down and said "maybe in 2017." So from now on he's Little G. They turned it down in 5 minutes," Ward told Fighthub.

However, if Ward's side issued it "about a month ago," it must have been really late for "Triple G's" camp to accept the offer as Tom Loeffler, managing director of K2 Promotions, already announced that Golovkin has his eye in unifying the middleweight division, Boxing Scene informed in July.

"Triple G's" goal is actually a solid plan for him to become the undisputed middleweight fighter of his generation if successfully done.

Soon after this announcement from Loeffler, an exciting fight between the unbeaten Golovkin, who left 30 out of 33 opponents trembling after a TKO loss, and International Boxing Federation champ David Lemieux has been proposed and sealed right away. The two knockout artists will clash on Oct 17. at the Madison Square Garden in New York, per a separate Boxing Scene report.

If Golovkin triumphs over the Canadian boxer, he will clash with the winner of the Nov. 21 World Boxing Council title bout between current champion Miguel Cotto and the Mexican favorite Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, per a Boxing Scene announcement. He will also have a chance to don four championship belts. Moreover, World Boxing Organization title holder Andy Lee is ready to have a showdown with him too, Boxing News informed.

Boxing News 24 commented that Ward seemed to have moved on from "Triple G's" refusal. After all, with these fights laid down in front of "GGG," Ward should move forward and be "relevant" again, as expressed by Golovkin's trainer Abel Sanchez, Boxing Scene noted in August.

"Ward needs to become more relevant. As long as he's fighting and he's winning and looking good it makes a fight with Gennady more viable. But right now Gennady's intent is to be fighting the Lemieux then the winner of Canelo-Cotto, so he's going to be tied up a little while," Sanchez said.
