Kylie Jenner was attacked outside a Chris Brown concert in Anaheim, California Friday night, with one fan pulling her hair, causing her head to violently snap back.

TMZ reports the 18-year-old Jenner was acosted while leaving the concert, where her rap star boyfriend Tyga had taken the stage to perform with his close pal Brown. Her security team quickly responded and led Kylie safely away to a waiting vehicle.

According to the New York Daily News, the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" star appeared to yelp in pain, as the still-unidentified fan pulled her long green hair while she walked hand in hand with her rapper boyfriend.

Jenner and 25-year-old Tyga have now been dating for a year, and not much about their relationship has been simple. More recently, after Jenner celebrated her 18th birthday, the couple has gone public with intimate details about their relationship.

Tyga recently recorded the racy song "Stimulated," and many fans took lyrics from the song and scenes from the video to be representations of the couple's still-evolving relationship.

When the couple celebrated her 17th birthday in August of last year with a bash at his California home, the guest list included the likes of Brown, Justin Bieber, sister Kendall Jenner and The Game. At the party, Tyga was spied offering his girl a drink, even though she was still four years under the legal drinking age.

Almost from the first day the two have been hanging out, Kylie has found herself embroiled in a seemingly never-ending feud with Tyga's ex Blac Chyna that has largely played out over social media. Chyna also happens to be the mother of Tyga's young son.
