It has been three weeks since Josh Duggar checked himself into a faith-based treatment facility after publicly admitting to cheating on his wife Anna Duggar and suffering a pornography addiction.

Josh and Anna, both 27, have not been active on social media for nearly a month, leading some fans to wonder what is happening with the troubled couple. Are they still together? Is he still in treatment?

"He is still in rehab," a source told E! News on Saturday. "And Anna is still by his side supporting him."

Though Anna's brother pleaded with her to leave Josh in late August, she's committed to her marriage with the help of family encouragement, according to the source.

"She isn't in Arkansas," the source said. "She is getting support from her family. She is staying with her mom."

Anna's mother lives in Florida.

Anna and their four children did attend cousin Amy Duggar's wedding last week, according to E! News, as did the rest of the Duggar family.

Meanwhile, Jill Duggar Dillard and husband Derick Dillard, both 24, and their son Israel returned home following a Christian mission trip to Central America.

"They are home for a while before they go back on a new mission," a source said. "They are doing training and preparation for the next missionary trip. They are looking to do full time missionary work."

Jill recently became a certified professional midwife -- good news in the midst of Josh's scandal.

Jessa Duggar Seewald is nearly eight months pregnant with her first child. She and husband Ben Seewald, 20, are looking forward to being parents. They keep fans updated regularly on Instagram about their growing family.

Their child will be the sixth grandchild of her parents Jim Bob Duggar, 50, and Michelle Duggar, 49.

Josh's rehab stint came following his confirmation that he used two Ashley Madison accounts to cheat on the mother of his four children, and, prior to that, he admitted to molesting five underage girls -- four of whom were his sisters -- as a teen. The molestation scandal resulted in the TLC network canceling his family's popular "19 Kids and Counting" reality TV show.
