Drake premiered his and Future's new album "What a Time to Be Alive" on Sunday, and sales could top 500,000 copies in the opening week, skyrocketing the album to No. 1.

Drake played the highly anticipated 11 tracks in full during his OVO Sound Radio show on Apple Beats 1. According to HitsDailyDouble, the album was available on iTunes after the show, where it gained fast attention and downloads.

It is important to note the artists are missing two days of sales by dropping the album on a Sunday rather than Friday. Still, the album is expected to have the same success as Drizzy's "If You're Reading This It's Too Late," which was released through Cash Money Records and went platinum in six months.

"WATTBA" is a Cash Money release as well, as seen in the credits listed on the iTunes page. It has also been issued through Epic Records. Drake is signed to Cash Money, while Future is signed to Epic, reports HotNewHipHop. Since Drake's OVO imprint is a subsidiary of Warner Bros., it is unclear how OVO will profit.

Following Drake's OVO Sound Radio show on Sunday, he talked about the album's origins. He thanked his team, plus producers from the Freebandz side. He then revealed that the album's title came from a non-musician -- rap Twitter personality and "Night Shift" hip-hop parties' organizer Ernest Baker.

Drake explained to fans he had called Baker to tell him about the upcoming FBGOVO album, to which Baker said, "What a time to be alive." It struck Drizzy as the perfect title.

"Everyone who hates me still has to listen to the drake and future project i came up with the title for lmao," Baker tweeted on Sunday.

Meanwhile, on Monday, rapper Chris Brown posted an Instagram message, allegedly regarding Drake's Karrueche Tran shutout on "Live from the Gutter."

On the track, Drake raps, "This for my n*gg*s on that bullsh*t and that nonsense, this for my dawgs that go Karrueche with the chopsticks."

Brown wrote on Instagram, "I'm too blessed for the bullsh*t. People who have had to sit a watch me for years do me and watch their females actually love me always show their insecurities. I embrace anything God has given me. It's bigger than this music sh*t. I'm content with being Chris Brown. A lot of people are unhappy and a lot of these artist lie to the fans or rely on hype to gain substance. You n*gg*s bore me. Ima keep being who God made me to be! #IAMMUSIC #othersbarelyholdanote #thesehandsworkgreat."

It's also worth mentioning that Future's DJ Esco has been rumored to be dating Tran. The track could be alluding to DJ Esco as well.
