Kayley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting are again making headlines, and it's far from stories about their marital bliss despite being married for less than two years.

According to Hollywood Life, Kaley Cuoco, 29, initiated the divorce citing "irreconcilable differences." Apparently, Kaley has had enough of Ryan's attitude that she decided to file for a divorce and get out of their marriage.

An insider for Hollywood Life said that Ryan being home every single day has allegedly taken a toll on their marriage. "He was dealing with an injury and would be kind of a party pooper and would really want people to feel bad for him." It appears that after Ryan's injury, his attitude became unbearable for the "Big Bang Theory" actress.

Kaley's life is thriving despite the pending divorce. However, she felt like nothing is going to change Ryan's attitude and decided to let go of things. When she filed the legal documents, she also hinted that their pending divorce was a long time coming. She even said that she felt like she was the only one making an effort to fix the marriage.

On Sept. 3, the couple listed their separation but only announced it on Sept. 25. Whether they were living apart or still together between those times, neither of them confirmed it.

Kaley Cuoco also requested the court to take back her name and change it from Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting to Kaley Cuoco.

Another Hollywood Life post reported that, apparently, Kaley was not worried about losing anything or not getting anything from the divorce as their pre-nuptial agreement helped her keep properties and spousal support intact.

The couple released a statement through Cuoco's representative, stating, "Kaley Cuoco and Ryan Sweeting have mutually decided to end their marriage. They ask for privacy at this time. No further statement will be issued regarding this matter."

According to the news outlet's source, Kaley refused to dwell on the misfortune on her marriage and instead focused her attention on animals, even bringing an additional brown horse to the brood.

"Kaley is doing better than expected; she's putting all her focus and energy on her animals right now, especially her new horse Zasa. She wants to devote her time helping disadvantaged kids with her rescue animals," said the source.

The couple was understandably miserable before they filed the divorce, but Kaley took in the vibe after the two called it quits. She moved out as soon as their separation was formalized and had a girl's night out after.
