‘Teen Mom OG’ Cast News: Amber Portwood Reveals Wedding Day, Farrah Abraham Suing British Model Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace
"Teen Mom OG" star Amber Portwood, 25, is gearing up to marry Matt Baier, 43, next fall, according to her Instagram account.
Portwood posted the photo below of Baier and her daughter Leah with the caption, "Can't wait to marry this man in October 2016..love taking pictures of Leah and Matt together."
She previously revealed that Leah, her daughter from a previous relationship with Gary Shirley, will serve as her flower girl. Her MTV co-stars, friends and family will also be members of the wedding party.
"I know for sure my cousin Krystal would be the maid of honor at the wedding. She's the closest person to me. She's like my best friend," Amber told MTV in June. She also added that she'd like "Teen Mom OG" co-stars Farrah Abraham, Catelynn Lowell and Maci Bookout to attend her marriage.
While things are going well for the couple currently, they got off to a rocky start. The mother of one was had to defend their relationship on Twitter after fans bashed Baier for being much older and having a scandalous past.
"[What the hell] yes he was an addict just like me and the man's body is niiice. He can be 30 years older, [I don't care]. Lol love not hate," Amber tweeted in April.
She continued with another tweet, "Me and [Matt] both have rocky pasts... I'm not an angel and there's a lot of things we're not proud of but people change and we're in love."
Meanwhile, "Teen Mom OG" co-star Farrah Abraham, 24, is embroiled in more drama following her appearance on "Celebrity Big Brother U.K."
She's suing "CBB" housemate and British glamor model Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, 36, for starting the champagne flute altercation that happened during Big Brother's "Bit on the Side" after-show filming two weeks ago. She's also considering a lawsuit against retired model Janice Dickinson for injuries.
Perez Hilton reports that the MTV star released a statement about taking legal action on Saturday.
"I was assaulted twice by Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace and Janice Dickinson. After speaking with the police and my lawyer, I have pressed charges against Aisleyne and am considering issuing a lawsuit against Janice," the statement reads.
Abraham went on to say that Wallace attacked her and shows no remorse for her actions.
"As for Janice's assault on me, I'm deeply upset by it and had to cancel work as a result of my injuries and emotional distress, which is a great shame," she says in the statement.
Dickinson reportedly hurled a chair at Abraham during the scuffle and was issued a police caution for the crime, according to Perez Hilton.
On Sept. 26, Abraham posted Twitter photos showing her injuries, along with the hashtag #AssaultCharges.
