Markieff and Marcus Morris, popularly known as the Morris twins in NBA, leased a posh property in Los Angeles once rented by singing Canadian sensation Justin Bieber.

The twins, who both attended the University of Kansas and were drafted in 2011, decided to rent a luxurious Beverly Hills estate for six days, Los Angeles Times reported. The California rental place fetches $59,000 for per month and could ask as high as $6,000 for a one-night lease.

However, the basketball players' temporary home before the league's training camp has several amazing features that warrant such a significant rental payment.

The 6,500-square-foot Beverly Hills home, sprawled on a half-acre Los Angeles lot and built in 2009, features six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Other living spaces in the property, which is famous for its "cylindrical glass-and-steel appearance," are a formal living room, a dining room and a family room on the second floor. There is also an elevator to service all three levels of the home.

Aside from the reported "aluminum-sheathed staircase," notable features shown on the photos are spanning glass panels, predominantly white motif that contrasts well with either bright or dark decorations, sleek and modern accents and an airy ambiance courtesy of light-filled rooms.

Outdoors, the expansive grounds feature grown trees and a carefully maintained lawn. The garage can accommodate seven vehicles. An infinity pool with a spa also completes the home's amenities.

The twin brothers may have truly enjoyed their almost one week of vacation in the said Los Angeles property, especially that they have their own private cook and a personal driver to relieve them of simple but tiring duties. That just gives them more leeway to enjoy most of what the abode and the city have to offer.

This must also be a nice bonding moment for the brothers, who do not belong to the same team anymore. They have been together in Phoenix Suns since 2012 when Marcus transferred from the Houston Rockets.

In July, Marcus, Reggie Bullock and Danny Granger were acquired by the Detroit Pistons from the Suns via a trade for a 2020 second round draft pick, NBA.com announced.

This news clearly made the twins upset, especially because they were in a vacation when they learned about it, The Philadelphia Inquirer noted. Markieff reportedly even wanted to be traded, too, because of what happened.

A separate article from NBA.com reported that the league penalized Markieff  with a $10,000 fine for "publicly demanding a trade" via Twitter.
