This week in "The Bold and the Beautiful" (BB) will have Ivy contemplating the consequences of her actions after she confided to her uncle Eric about her job at Forrester Creations. Meanwhile, Ridge's relationship with his son Thomas is at its worst. So much so that Ridge has told Thomas to stay away from him and Caroline.

Ivy goes to her uncle Eric and tells him about how Steffy has fired her from her job, according to Soap Opera Story. She asks his help in talking some sense into Steffy about giving her job back in Forrester Creations.

The video below shows Ivy talking to Eric about wanting a "second chance." Ivy tells her uncle that she thinks he is the only person who can "get through to Steffy."

The ever supportive Eric goes to Steffy and learns from her about Ivy's plans to blackmail her with details regarding Aly's death. Steffy also tells Eric what exactly happened that night of Aly's death. Eric stages an intervention in exchange for Ivy's job back in Forrester Creations.

However, Ivy is caught by surprise after learning that she won't be having her old job back. Instead of being the face of Forrester Creations, Steffy has offered her a far more daring position in the company.

A shot of Ivy and Steffy in a room full of lingerie and with Ivy looking all made up wearing sexy lingerie suggests Steffy has offered her to become the body of Forrester Creations. While Ivy feels totally out of her comfort zone with her new position, Wyatt, on the other hand, couldn't be happier.

Meanwhile, Ridge is doubtful whether Caroline feels something for Thomas especially after he learned about what happened between them that night when he had initially broken up with her. On his part Thomas acknowledges that he and his father still have more unresolved issues. He also expresses his remorse and tells Steffy in the video below that he really does "want a good relationship" with his father.

According to Soap She Knows, Thomas tries to make peace with Ridge and asks him what he can do to make their relationship better. But Ridge doesn't want to make peace with his son especially after getting punched on his face and learning about what he did to Caroline. Instead, he wants him out of his sight. He tells Thomas to leave L.A. and gives him airline tickets to make that happen.
