The guy found guilty of taking away the life of Usher's 11-year-old son has received sentence of four years imprisonment.

Jeffrey Simon Hubbard was found guilty of homicide by vessel last month by a Georgia jury. According to Yahoo Music news, it was the end result of the jet ski collision in 2012 that killed Kile Glover and another 15-year-old female teen. Hubbard was also guilty of illegal operation of a personal watercraft along with violation of boat traffic.

During the trial, Hubbard's side made an argument that the crash was just a tragic accident and that the element of recklessness did not lead to the death of 'The Voice 6" season coach's stepson, USA Today states.

Relieving the Tragic Crash

The two young victims were in the inner tube of Lake Lanier when Hubbard ran them over. Usher's stepson died a couple of hours after the crash.

Once Hubbard serves his sentences, he will still spend 15 years on probation for Jet Ski operation which the judge described as "foolish." The Hall County Superior Court Judge Bonnie Oliver expressed disappointment with Hubbard not accepting any responsibility for what transpired.

However, on one end, Hubbard's father mentioned how remorseful his son has been since day one and that he was only advised to not apologize early on.

On other Usher news, the singer and now coach of the reality singing contest got into a spontaneous dance off with other judge, Shakira in winning the best talents during the popular Blind auditions.

The "Waka Waka" singer definitely put all her best efforts on doing some robot movies with the R&B superstar snatching once again an outstanding contestant. The impromptu dance battle made Maroon 5 frontman and judge Adam Levine feel a bit off and instead rushed to sit on the knee of co-judge Blake Shelton, states Daily Mail UK.

"The Voice" season 6 blind auditions is set to continue this week.
