"Dark Horse" singer Katy Perry revealed her secrets about personal grooming in an interview and even dropped an advice for those men who wanted to capture her heart: the less hair, the better!

According to Glamour magazine, the 30-year-old singer said that she likes men sans the bushy hair all over his body and that includes in his private part.

"Personally, the less hair, the better. I like a trimmed man but not completely waxed," the "Roar" singer told Glamour.

Katy also said that her favorite grooming look on a man, like any other girl in the world, includes a set of sparkling white teeth and nicely cleaned nails.

"If you can't clean under your nails and you want to touch me, forget it," the singer warned. She also said that she does not dig those lads who look kinda messy and added that she's not into the "f---kboy look."

Of course, a well-groomed woman deserves a well-groomed man.

Now everything makes more sense as to why she chose to end everything between her former husband, Rusell Brand, who's known sporting a messy, rock n' roll image!

Ultimately, although still unofficial, she chose her former flame John Mayer, who is known to keep his casually clean and neat aura most of the time. Plus, rarely he has been seen rocking some 'stache and that could be a plus point for his lady love, Katy.

Even though the on-again-off-again couple have not confirmed that they are together again, a lot of reports claim that Katy and her neat boy John have been getting really fond of each other yet again.

According to People, the twosome have been spotted together at Allison Williams and Ricky Van Veen's wedding and they seemed to be more than just friends. Photographs of the two who looked perfectly happy together also surfaced online and it does not end there -- some photographs even captured the pair holding each other's hands.
