Becky G showed her support for her ex-boyfriend Austin Mahone's new single "Put It On Me" on Twitter on Thursday, before releasing the new music video for her own pop single "Break A Sweat" the next day.

The star tweeted a link to Mahone's song and captioned the image with, "Everyone check out my boy @AustinMahone new song."

The couple's relationship status has been the topic of much speculation lately. After their split in August, the two teenagers spent time apart. They weren't photographed together again until Sept. 23, when a mutual friend shared an image of both Mahone and the Mexican-American singer on Instagram.

The image shows the singers hanging out backstage with a few friends during one of her shows on the "La Familia" tour with J Balvin, reported J-14.

Not long after, the singer herself tweeted a message in which she said she only appreciates something when it has been apart from her for a long time. This led many media outlets and fans to speculate that the tweet was about Mahone.

In other Becky G news, the singer had a treat for her fans when she announced that she would be releasing the music video for her latest single "Break A Sweat."

The singer teased fans with a clip of the music video on Instagram on Thursday, which she captioned, "Just a little sneak peak of the #BreakASweatVideo premiering TOMORROW,10/9."

The video is very much a pop music video, featuring a variety of outfit changes, dance numbers, and a lot of graphics, as the star sings to the upbeat tune.

In a few shots the singer can be spotted sporting her hair in braids, while she styles bangs in another.
