The Bachelor ended its dramatic season last night, but there is plenty more love to be found. ABC has announced that Andi Dorfman, who notoriously walked out on Juan Pablo Galavis this year, is beginning her own romantic journey as the next Bachelorette.

"This is the first time it's starting to feel real," Dorfman said after the announcement. "I feel all in, I'm mentally all in, emotionally all in. I'm in a place in my life where I'm so ready for this... At the end of the day I cannot wait to hopefully say, 'You are the one.'"

According to TV Guide, the 26-year-old is from Atlanta and works as an assistant district attorney.

"At the end of the day, if I don't have someone to share my accomplishments or even my defeats with, it doesn't mean anything to me," Dorfman explained during yesterday's The Bachelor finale.

Dorfman has been a top contender to star in The Bachelorette ever since she boldly eliminated herself from The Bachelor, telling Galavis "Every time I've tried to explain things all your response is, 'It's okay'...It shouldn't just be okay.''

"[Dorfman] would be a fantastic Bachelorette," Chris Harrison, The Bachelor host, told TV Guide after her departure. "She embodies everything you look for in a Bachelorette: She's beautiful, but incredibly smart, strong, articulate. This is no pushover - she's a catch! I can only imagine her demanding as much from the guys."

E! News reports that season 10 of The Bachelorette premieres May 19 on ABC.

"Am I dreaming?!? Insanely grateful, happy and most of all ready to find love!!! #cloudnine," Dorfman said via her Twitter account early this morning.

According to reality television blogger "Reality Steve," who is pretty good with The Bachelor spoilers, this season of The Bachelorette is already starting to take shape.

"Is there already an early season favorite for Andi? Id say so. I'll tell you who and why in tomorrow's column." he said via Twitter.
