The highly-anticipated launch of "Halo 5: Guardians" will be broadcasted live via Youtube. The Microsoft Studios' Xbox One game is set for an Oct. 27 release date.

Xbox and the most popular video-sharing website are all set to team up for the arrival of the latest installment of the sci-fi first-person shooting video game. The global release of "Halo 5: Guardian" will be streamed exclusively on Youtube.

Called "Halo 5: Live," the streaming event will run for six hours. Gamers worldwide can watch the live broadcast when it starts at 6 p.m. EDT On Oct. 26 until midnight, when the fifth installment to the "Halo" game becomes available in the US.

According to the post on Xbox Wire , one of the major events to expect from the streaming launch celebration is the debut of "Halo: The Fall of Reach." Halo fans will be able to watch episode one of a new animated series about the "origin and intrigue behind the SPARTAN program that propelled characters like the Master Chief and Dr. Catherine Halsey into the pantheon of Halo lore."

Aside from showing the first episode of "Halo: The Fall of Reach," fans will also get to watch several documentaries featuring the stories of Halo superfans worldwide. The documentaries will highlight "what makes Halo Nation unlike any other community in gaming."

There will also be celebrities coming during Halo 5: Guardian's highly-anticipated debut. According to the report, "Castle" actor Nathan Fillion who is the voice behind Spartan Buck will be attending the first Xbox roundtable along with the game writers.

According to Xbox's official website, there will also be special events to happen at every Microsoft store during the grand launch of "Halo 5: Guardians."

In addition to these events, Microsoft is taking the typical video game launch to the next level as it invite fans to be part of the celebration wherever they are. For instance, a "Halo" fan in Australia will be able to play the newest game from a helicopter that is flying over Sydney while the gameplay is broadcasted through a screen that is suspended from another helicopter.

Meanwhile, fans in New Zealand will gather together at Armageddon Expo for cosplay displays, to play multiplayer sessions, among others.

The upcoming Xbox One Game is currently available for pre-order. Gamers can download it now but "Halo 5: Guardians" will not be playable yet until it's official release date, according to a post from Major Nelson.
