Bobbi Kristina Brown Death News Update: Aunt Leolah Brown Vows to 'Expose' the Truth About Niece, Mom Whitney Houston's Deaths
Bobbi Kristina Brown's aunt is vowing to "expose some really terrible things" about the death of her niece and her mother Whitney Houston.
According to The Wrap, Leolah Brown recently took to Facebook where she added in her post, "Please get prepared for the truth to be revealed. I am hurting so badly right now for the death of my niece Bobbi Kristina and what REALLY happened to her. Hold on to your seats as I expose some really terrible things. And please! Most of all...always know that I would NEVER lie on anyone! There's nothing for me to gain that way."
Bobbi Kristina died under hospice care in late July, nearly six months after she was rushed to a hospital emergency room after being found face down in a bathtub of water in the Georgia home she shared with boyfriend Nick Gordon. Mom Whitney Houston died almost exactly three years before, when she too was found immersed under water in the bathtub of the Beverly Hills hotel where she was staying.
In her post, Bobby Brown's sister added, "I feel like I am out here alone fighting for Bobbi Kriss & Whitney."
Throughout the family's ordeal, Leolah Brown has expressed particular disdain for Bobbi Kristina's aunt Pat Houston, angrily accusing her of using their niece's name and fame for "personal gain."
Georgia authorities have now launched a criminal probe into the circumstance surrounding Bobbi Kristina's death, which reportedly targets 25-year-old Gordon as the prime suspect. The conservator of Bobbi Kristina's estate, Bedelia Hargrove, has also slapped him with a multimillion-dollar wrongful death suit charging that during the hours in question he gave his girlfriend a "toxic cocktail" that essentially rendered her defenseless.
Lawyers for Gordon, led by famed Casey Anthony attorney Jose Baez, have steadfastly denied all the allegations.
