Lara Croft is using all her resources when it comes to fighting her enemies, and that includes using chickens as weapons.

According to IGN, the Holy Fire Card Pack, which players will receive upon pre-ordering the "Rise of the Tomb Raider" via Gamestop, will include the Apex Predator Pack. The said card contains the Chicken Bomb, which Lara Croft will use as a weapon likely to resemble a hand grenade. The chicken is tossed or thrown and it will explode once it hits its target.

The Chicken Bomb is not the only weapon to be introduced in "Rise of the Tomb Raider. Blazing Inferno and Backfire will also be featured in the game.

Blazing Inferno will enable Lara Croft to use unlimited fire arrows against enemies while Backfire will set them into flames once they are attacked during a scrimmage. Lucky will likely end up enemies dropping loot for Lara Croft while using Holy Fire will make enemies explode when killed by melee attacks, hurting and igniting other enemies nearby.

The Apex Predator Outfit mentioned on a report from VG247 is another feature that might interest fans. Here, they get a chance to change costumes based on the intensity of the scrimmage. The said outfit is a combination of fur, scraps of cloth and metal parts. What's even more interesting about the outfit is that it changes Lara's face profile when worn and shows a dried bloody hand print on Lara's face.

Apart from changing Lara's physical profile, the Apex Predator Outfit also protects her from being attacked by animals.

The Venom Hand Cannon also comes with the Apex Predator Pack. The Venom Hand, which is tagged as a heavy-duty pistol, can also be upgraded and customized and may ways and turn it into a "massive stopping power".

Meanwhile, IGN recently featured "Rise of the Tomb Raider" venturing into the microtransaction trend, wherein purchases are more likely to be used in game-modifying items.

These items, referred to as Expedition Cards, are the different weapons such as the Chicken Bomb, Blazing Inferno, Backfire, Lucky and the Holy Fire. What's another interesting fact about the "Expedition Cards" is their ability to be purchased using points earned after completing several challenges.

Unlike other microtransactions, you can only earn currencies using real money. The Expedition Cards will also come in two variations: the Foil Card, which gives Lara all sorts of endless capabilities, and the Common Card, which presents a single use entry.

"Rise of the Tomb Raider" is an Xbox exclusive and will launch on Nov. 10, 2015.
