The patch to address bugs in NBA 2K16 is now available for the Xbox One.

Patch 1.02 has come to the Xbox One, after first being made available to the PC and PlayStation 4 editions of the game earlier this month.

The patch not only adds several updates to the game, but also addresses bugs that many users found in the game shortly after its release, according to Realty Today.

2K Sports confirmed on its Twitter account that the patch for NBA 2K16 was available for both Xbox One and PS4, bringing the Microsoft console up to date with its Sony counterpart. Originally, it was said that the Xbox One patch would arrive in 72 hours, but it did not take that long.

2K Sports wanted to get this patch out especially quickly because players were reporting problems with the new Pro-Am mode. Players were having trouble getting into Walk-On games. Developers will likely have more time to work on the next patch, which will address even more issues in the game.

The patch also includes a fix for an issue that caused user-created players to have the incorrect height. There was also a bug that would cause the basketball to get stuck in High Roller courts. Although this latter error was rare, it has been fixed in the patch.

The background music track called "2K Beats" would also unexpectedly stop after a game was completed in the MyPark mode. This error has been fixed, and the music will now continue playing after finishing a game in this mode. Voice chat features have been improved in the MyPark and the Pro-Am mode as well.

Among the new features, the Pro-Am Team Play mode has been added to the MyPark and Pro-Am mode. With Pro-Am Team Play, players can take a whole team into custom-built arenas. In MyPark mode, a skateboard animation has been added in this patch, allowing players to move from court to court more quickly.

Players can find a full list of fixes and new features in the Facebook post issued by 2K Sports.
