Microsoft is going all out with the new Windows 10 handsets. After the successful launches of the first three smartphones featuring the new OS, the company is now gearing up for a fourth: the Microsoft Lumia 650.

A leak at the website Winbeta revealed the sleek look of the upcoming midrange device, the next Microsoft design that features Windows 10.

While it was previously dubbed the Lumia Sanaa, the recently leaked image renders hinted at a specific name for the new phone. Microsoft often alludes to the name of the mobile model prior to the official announcement by placing it in the time display in demo shots. The renders' clock displays the time 6:50, so the latest handset of the smartphone line is likely to carry the name Microsoft Lumia 650.

According to a report from WMPowerUser, a source confirmed that the new Lumia handset is the RM-1152, which is a model that showed up in AdDuplex and revealed to feature a standard five-inch 720p screen.

Other features include 2000 mAh battery capacity, Glance Screen support and a microSD card slot. One handy feature that's reportedly missing in the phone is the dedicated camera button, which isn't included in the handset's design.

Powered by the Qualcomm MSM8909 Snapdragon 210, the mid-range phone will fill a gap in Microsoft's Windows 10 mobile roster. According to a report from Phone Arena, the line already features high-end devices Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL, and a starter smartphone Lumia 550.

As the newest device in the Lumia family to feature the heralded Windows 10 out of the box, the Lumia 650 helps usher in a new era in Microsoft. Older devices in the lineup are not far behind though as Microsoft recently announced their plans to roll out the new operating system to the existing market of Windows users.

According to a report from Seating Chair, Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella confirmed these plans in a comment in the Microsoft Lumia's Facebook page.

"We built Windows 10 for a new era of more personalised computing," Nadella responded to a query about the widespread rollout in mobile devices.

"Windows 10 is available on PCs and tablets now, and while Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL ship with Windows 10 for phones, broad availability of Windows 10 on other devices, including mobile phones, will begin rolling out in December," she continued. "We're moving people from needing to choosing to loving Windows, and these devices promise to fuel even more enthusiasm and opportunity for the entire Windows ecosystem."
