Even though the comedy-horror show "Scream Queens" has mostly kept the terror reality-based, the next episode is slated to bring the episode into the supernatural realm.

Episode 7, titled "Beware of Young Girls," will skip a week, airing instead on Tuesday, Nov. 3 at 9 p.m. EST, according to TV Guide.

The twists and turns keep coming in this "whodunnit" style of horror-comedy from creator Ryan Murphy. He is actually well known for inserting these kinds of twists in his series, but last week fans got another dose of murder and was able to check off a name or two from their suspect list.

But in the next episode, according to Spoilers Guide, there will be so much more at stake because the plot will thicken in regards to Dean Munsch (Jamie Lee Curtis).

Her situation turns from stable to desperate when certain shocking events put her face to face with her ex-husband's mistress. As fans may be able to expect, there could be a chaotic turn of events in her future. But her desperation in the situation could also give her no other choice.

But the real gem of this episode will be when the Kappa sorority decides to use a Ouija board to help them figure out who the Red Devil killer is. This is the part when Ariana Grande's Chanel #2 makes her triumphant return and the show officially goes from reality-based terror to supernatural horror.

Their attempts to use her knowledge as indicator for who the culprit is, however, are in vain. She was killed while the Red Devil was in character, which means he was still disguised from even her. But she was able to reveal to the desperate girls that there is a much bigger plot at play and they are the primary targets. This could mean that there may be more than the just the two Red Devils.
