Bill Cosby Sex Assault Case Update: Famed Comedian Was Combative During Deposition, Two More Alleged Victims Emerge
Bill Cosby grew increasingly angry and flat out refused to answer some questions during his recent high-stakes, marathon interrogation by famed civil rights attorney Gloria Allred.
Radar Online reports earlier this month, the legendary comedian was forced to submit to the grilling as part of an ongoing civil suit filed by former Playboy bunny Judy Huth, who alleges the "Cosby Show" show dad drugged and sexually assaulted her more than 40 years ago when she was 15.
Late last week, two more women emerged to allege they experienced similar ordeals at the hands of the famed funnyman. They add to the over 50 women who have now lodged allegations against Cosby, with the alleged attacks spanning a period of more than four decades.
"The women will share what they say happened to them after the met Bill Cosby," Allred said in a statement. "They will also explain why they decided to add their voices to the voices of the many women that have already spoken out publicly about Mr. Cosby."
TMZ reports in one of the latest instances, a woman alleges Cosby assaulted her during the 2004 Penn State relays, reportedly grabbing her in "a vice-like grip" and rubbing himself against her. She adds she immediately complained to event organizers, but no one seemed to take her seriously.
Through his attorneys and representatives, the now 78-year-old Cosby has vehemently denied all the accusations and has never been criminally charged with a crime.
Recently, Allred told reporters she hopes to have the chance to depose Cosby a second time in connection with the Huth case. Previously, she revealed she planned to quiz him about all his alleged victims. She feels that would indicate a pattern of abuse and perhaps reveal details about his usual methods with all of his alleged victims.
