Amanda Bynes And Rihanna Feud As The Former Nickelodeon Star's Woes Continue
Amanda Bynes' antics of late have been gossip fodder for several months now. Her latest exploits on Twitter this past Sunday certainly have done little to change her already fragile public perception.
In her latest foray into the world of Twitter, Bynes allegedly had international pop sensation Rihanna in her crosshairs. Seemingly unprovoked, the former Nickelodeon star sent off several vicious attacks against Rihanna.
"@Rihanna Chris brown beat you because you're not pretty enough," wrote Bynes.
"@Rihanna no one wants to be your lover so you call everyone and their mother that I almost named my new dog Rihanna."
Not one to go down lightly, Rihanna fired back with a scathing remark of her own, hinting at Bynes' recent odd behavior and rumors of her drug use.
"Ya see what happens when they cancel Intervention?"
Unsurprisingly, Bynes was undeterred by Rihanna's jab and fired back with her own, albeit not exactly witty retort of her own.
"unlike ur fugly faced self I don't do drugs! U need the intervention dog! I met ur ugly face in person! U aren't pretty u know it!"
After that final barrage of insults was hurled her way, Rihanna did not bother to offer a retort. Things cooled down between the two and on Monday, Bynes was quick to offer up an explanation.
"I'm followed by so many people that someone is always mocking up fake tweets so I feel the need to address them! Rihanna and I met and I'm sure we'll be in a music video together one day! That's one of the mocked up images, they took photos of me from outside and morphed them onto someone else's body," Bynes tweeted.
Whether or not Bynes had a legitimate altercation over Twitter is uncertain, though many people are countering her story that the reported tweets were fake mock-ups. Regardless, it is unlikely that this will be the last time we hear from the former child star as she continues her provocative online behavior.
