The release date for the much-anticipated "Fallout 4" is nearing and players can already set up their consoles or PC for the post-apocalyptic video game.

According to Bethesda Softworks, the upcoming "Fallout" installment can be preloaded ahead of its release so that it is instantly playable as soon as it gets released. The developer took to social media to announce the news, sparking new excitement at the upcoming launch.

"We can confirm that #Fallout4 will have pre-loading on Xbox One, PS4, and PC so you have a few days to download the game before 11/10," Bethesda Softworks announced on their official Twitter account.

According to a report from Game Spot, Bethesda has recommended players to have at least 8GB of RAM and 30GB of free HDD space in the PC, or 28GB to 35GB of free space on the consoles, before installing the all new "Fallout 4."

Other PC requirements include Windows 7/8/10 (64-bit OS required), Intel Core i5-2300 2.8 GHz/AMD Phenom II X4 945 3.0 GHz or equivalent as well as NVIDIA GTX 550 Ti 2GB/AMD Radeon HD 7870 2GB or equivalent.

To get fans hyped for the upcoming game, "Fallout 4" audio director Mark Lampert talked about the soundtrack, which was a vital contributor to the success of the Bethesda franchise. In an interview with iDigitalTimes, he discussed the fun side of creating the audio background for the hotly anticipated game.

"The fun part is we all had this great starting point from 'Fallout 3,'" Lampert told the website. "Do we want to do more of that music? Absolutely."

He added, "We not only wanna do more we also want to push the limits on where the time period is. I think before we stuck a little more closely to what is too early and what is too late. This time we bent the rules quite a bit more to find what would be really fun."

The director delved more into the new "Fallout" OST content, saying, "All these tunes [from the] early 50s where people are aware of nuclear power but the lyrics are like silly. It's like they don't know what they're talking about. No one really grasps how powerful the bomb is. How bad it can be. There's some creepy ones. Some religious bent ones. 'Atom Bomb Baby' and loads of stuff like that and malt shop favorites."

"Fallout 4" for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and PC is slated to be released on Nov. 10.
