Basketball great Michael Jordan is selling his Chicago-area mansion with a new twist.

Aside from selling his Highland Park estate for only $15 million, the six-time NBA champion is offering every pair of Air Jordans to the lucky seller, noted Maxim.

Listing agent Kofi Nartey related the good news, saying the next owner will have "a pair of every edition of signature Air Jordans in the buyer's size." The next residents may even try to get some requests, too, to be included in the deal, which may or may not be granted.

"If the price is right, we can make almost anything happen," Nartey said.

Just recently, the property has also been advertised using videos uploaded on YouTube, showing how grand the home is compared to other homes offered on the market today.

The home of the retired NBA superstar is actually listed for $14,855,000. Nartey informed Los Angeles Times in May why it is being sold for this significant number. The real estate agent explained that it is meaningful as it relates to "Jordan's legacy" in basketball. The sum of all these digits equates to 23, which is the same number seen on his Chicago Bulls jersey.

The private residence also displays the same number at the front gate of the home, indicating this is really important to Jordan.

Three years ago, the Brooklyn-born celebrity tried his hand to get a buyer for $29 million or nearly double of the current price he is aiming for.

What will the buyer get for $15 Million?

The Illinois residence, sitting on more than seven acres of land, is magnificent in every angle a property hunter looks at.

The expansive home covering 56,000 square feet of living space is custom-designed for the legendary basketball athlete, reported Realtor.com. The two-story abode comes with nine bedrooms and 15 full bathrooms. Other living areas include a formal living room, a home theater, a poker room, a cigar room and a wet bar, per its listing on Realtor.com and as seen on the videos. There is also a 14-car garage, which can accommodate the guests' vehicles.

It will be a great thing for sports lovers to own this home as it is equipped with "a regulation-sized basketball gymnasium," a round infinity-edged swimming pool, a putting green, a tennis court, a state-of-the-art gym and a billiards room.
