"Bad Blood" singer Taylor Swift has officially filed an assault and battery suit against a fired Colorado disc jockey, alleging that the man groped her backstage during a 2013 concert meet and greet.

According to Radar Online, Swift is seeking damages from the court for what she deems severe "humiliation," stemming from the abuse she claims she suffered at the hands of former DJ David Mueller.

The disc jockey earlier filed suit against Swift and her crew over his termination, seeking both punitive and compensatory damages.

Though Mueller admitted to spending time with the singer on the night in question, he claimed "everything went great" and Swift remained pleasant upon his departure. Later that night, he alleges a fellow coworker bragged to him about draping his arm around the singer and grabbing her butt during a photo session.

Ultimately, Mueller was kicked out of the arena after one of Swift's bodyguards accused him of being the culprit, leading to him being fired from the radio station he had been employed at since 2013. Overall, Mueller added he has now been working in radio for more than two decades.

In her counter-suit, Swift recalls meeting with Mueller and his girlfriend, and spending time with them backstage. Beyond that, she vehemently insists it was Mueller, and not his coworker as he alleges, that raised up her skirt and "improperly and inappropriately groped" her.

Reports are Swift hopes that her actions will serve as an example to other women, proving they do not have to accept and endure such crude behavior. Word is she plans to donate any recovery she receives from her legal actions to charitable organizations dedicated to "protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard."
