Ben Affleck is reportedly back to his old ways of womanizing and alcohol drinking, are believed to be the very same cause of their divorce.

The "Batman" star is not out to win his wife Jennifer Garner back and Jen is tired of trying to fix their marriage, according to a recent tabloid report.

A source told In Touch (via OK! Magazine) that Jennifer believes her ex-husband has been drinking again and "picking up women behind her back." The "Alias" star reportedly thought that she had finally helped Ben change his old ways.

"Ben was doing so well. He was going to therapy twice a week and attending church with the family," the source said.

However, it seemed her efforts were of no use. According to the source, Jen has now given up on trying to save her marriage with the actor. Jen reportedly now feels stupid thinking she and her ex-husband could still get back together.

"This was Ben's last shot to make things right and he didn't," the unnamed source told In Touch, adding that Jen is "done fighting the same fight" in saving their marriage.

The source's claims came after Jennifer was spotted hanging out with a mystery man during Halloween. Ben was nowhere in sight when the man spent time with the actress and her 6-year old daughter Seraphina, who was dressed for the occasion.

RadarOnline shared some photos of the trio's fun Halloween celebration. According to the site, the hunky man seemed like he is no stranger to Jen and her daughter because he was photographed holding on to Seraphina's bike seat. He was seen walking along Jen and her daughter as they went trick-or-treating in the neighborhood.

Gossip Cop said the anonymous man is not romantically involved with the actress despite what reports have suggested. A source told the site that the man is certainly no stranger to Jennifer and her family since they are actually neighbors. The insider further claimed that he is "not anyone's boyfriend" and was just helping out the "13 Going 30" actress make sure her daughter doesn't fall off from her bike as she pedalled on the road.

Earlier in the day Jen was also seen hanging out with her son. Ben was not with her. According to Celeb Dirty Laundry, Ben missed some family time on Halloween due to work constraints. He reportedly got caught up filming his new movie "Live By Night" so decided to stay on the set.
