Information on the upcoming Kingdom Hearts III game and possibly a trailer are coming soon. Fans of the Kingdom Hearts series have eagerly waited for news on the game, but it has not been coming as promised.

Square Enix, the publisher for Kingdom Hearts III, is said to have already created a trailer for the game, but they are just waiting to unveil it, Movie Pilot reports.

The D23 Expo is the event where the information for the new game is coming from. This event is the official fan club for Disney Fans and since Disney is distributing Kingdom Hearts III, it was thought that information would be released at the meeting.

There was supposed to be a fan event at D23 that would show a trailer for Kingdom Hearts III on Tuesday. It sounds like the trailer was shown to everyone in attendance at the event, but Square Enix has not released it to fans online, The Koalition reports.

All that fans who were not able to attend the event in Japan have been able to see are a few screenshots. One screenshot shows a new Attraction Flow summon. The summon is actually based on the Buzz Lightyear amusement park ride from DisneyLand, and it shows Sora, Donald Duck and Goofy firing lasers from a cart.

Kingdom Hearts III is a long-awaited title, and its history goes all the way back to 2006 after Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix was released in Japan. The game was not officially confirmed until 2013. The action role-playing game (RPG) features main character Sora who is joined by Donald Duck, Goofy, King Mickey and Riku.

The D23 Expo is coming to an end, and that might mean Square Enix will release the trailer soon online. The trailer and the final release date for the game are highly anticipated by fans. Stay tuned for more information.
