'The Voice' Season 9 Recap: Top 20 Battle it Out For Spot in Live Performances, Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani in the Spotlight
The Top 20 remaining artists are on display on Season 9 of "The Voice" this week, with the top 12 moving on to compete in the live performances.
Darius Scott, Darius Christensen, Keith Semple, Shelby Brown, Jeffrey Austin, Regina Love, Evan Mckeel, Victor Kiraly, Braiden Sunshine and Jordan Smith are all widely expected to survive and be on hand for live round action commencing Nov. 16, 2015.
Come Wednesday, Nov. 11, all of the remaining contestants will get yet another view of how it's done when CarterMatt reports Season 8 wire-to-wire winner Sawyer Fredericks will guest star and perform his new "Take It All" single.
As much as any of the artists or any of the performances, all eyes figure to be on the judges this week, namely Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton after they recently confirmed they are indeed an item.
People magazine reports the relationship is still in its infancy and hints the two are still discovering and immensely enjoying one another.
"Blake and Gwen have begun dating," said a source. "They've been supporting each other through a difficult time and they're really happy together."
Both Stefani and Shelton are coming off recently ending long-term relationships and splitting with their respective spouses, Gavin Rossdale and Miranda Lambert.
Rumors about their budding union started to spread in earnest over Halloween weekend when they were spied hanging out together at various parties.
"Everyone is thrilled because they're both incredibly nice people," a source added.
The two also recently turned heads when they attended the Country Music Awards together in Nashville, where Shelton's ex Lambert was also on the scene.
Rihanna will also be in the house this week, continuing her head-turning season as a special coach to all the judge's and mentor to the contestants.
