"Real Housewives of New York" star Bethenny Frankel recently celebrated her 45th birthday with friends and cast mates at New York's Gansevoort Hotel.

Radar Online reports with Bravo cameras on hand to capture her every move, the Skinny Girl mogul marked the occasion by donning a biker jacket and matching black rider pants. Among those on hand to greet her was co-star Carole Radziwill, braving the chilly fall air draped in a black-and-white varsity jacket.

It's a drama-filled end of the year for Frankel, with reports that several cast mates have refused to shoot scenes for the upcoming eighth season until they have received raises and salaries more on par with the million dollar salary she is rumored to be paid.

The New York Post has reported LuAnn de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan and Ramona Singer are all still negotiating new deals and recently joined forces in hammering out all the details.

Even though she isn't directly involved, word is Frankel, nonetheless, is prominently figuring in all the drama, recently letting it be known she has "a long list of friends" from which she could recommend replacements to Bravo execs.

As it is, sources insist it hasn't definitely been decided who will be joining Frankel and Radziwill, who have already commenced filming for the new season.

"Luann's a wild card," a source said of her potential return. "She's getting a new apartment in Manhattan and a plotline this season will be her decorating the apartment."

Noting that she shared the same birthday as Matthew McConaughey and P Diddy, Frankel had one bold suggestion as to how she thought they should all celebrate with one another.

"Since it's @McConaughey & @iamdiidy bday too they should be given a hall pass to sleep with me," she tweeted. "I mean fair is fair."
