No matter how glamorous the life of supermodel, Gisele Bundchen, appears to be, just like any other ordinary woman in the world, she has ups and downs to get through.

The most financially successful model of today has recently opened up to CBS This Morning about her relationship with Tom Brady, and said that her nine-year relationship had its own share of trying times, just like during the outbreak of the Deflategate scandal.

Brady faced a four-game suspension after allegedly being involved in the scandal that uses under-inflated footballs during a playoff game. Luckily, according to E! News, the suspension was overturned.

A report in September further revealed, though' that the couple were "going through a rocky point" because of Bundchen's "perfectionist" tendencies and Brady's immense focus on football.

Another pressing time that the couple had was when she found out in 2006 that Brady's ex-girlfriend Bridget Moynaha was pregnant. The highest-paid model in the world has just started dating Brady when the baby news popped and she said that that situation was something that she considered a "challenging thing."

"Here I am, you know, thinking I'm dating this guy ... everything is great, and then this happens. So I felt I didn't know what to do," Bundchen told the talk show host. She admitted that at that point, she thought of "running away" and just move on.

The supermodel said, though, that she and her husband have moved on. When she was asked by CBS This Morning regarding their hardships, she just recalled what her father used to say: "the quality of your life depends on the quality of your relationships."

In the end, she said that no matter how "challenging" the situation was, they were "always being supportive of one another."

"You know, that's the most important thing you can have in your life... a support system and love," the 35-year-old model added.

Bundchen did not lose the spotlight over the years at all, as she remained as one of the most successful models. Aside from that, she still keeps her beautiful marriage and shares two children, Benjamin and Vivian, and another "bonus child," Brady's son with Moynahan, John.
