Professional skier, Lindsey Vonn, is feeling on top of the world months after she ended her marriage with golf superstar, Tiger Woods.

Showing up in the December issue of Health Magazine, E! News reported that Vonn's recent heartbreak has turned into something fruitful, as it helped her refocus on the important things that matter: herself, her health and her career.

"I think it's just given me more time to spend on myself," she explained. "That's what happens with most breakups: You really look at yourself and figure out what makes you happy, and you also have a lot more free time."

Currently, the 31-year-old sportswoman is choosing to work hard for her career and shared that she is trying to get acquainted with a leaner and more toned body with the help from a new nutritionist.

"I'm just doing everything I can to be in shape for this season. And it's paying off," she said.

Since her split with the famous golfer in May, Vonn was rumored to be dating several men including Britney Spears' ex, Charlie Ebersol, after being spotted together "very close" during the U.S. Open and were reportedly trying to get away from attention and from being photographed together. The rumor circulated in September. She was also rumored to be dating Lewis Hamilton back in July after being seen getting cozy with each other.

While the rumors were proved to be untrue, the Olympian made it clear once again in her latest magazine appearance that she is planning to remain single for a while.

"I'm single, and I probably will be for a while," Vonn said. "I think this is just a good time for me to focus on myself. I'm not ready to have a family yet, but I will be at some point. I definitely want a family. I love kids. But right now I'm going to focus on me."

Aside from being candid about her previous relationship with Woods, the athlete also shared her two cents about body confidence.

"I'm, like, twice the size of anyone [on the red carpet].... I feel like the odd man out sometimes, but that's even more reason to be confident, to show girls that you don't have to be a size 2 to be beautiful. Any size is beautiful as long as you're confident in yourself," Vonn added.

According to CNN, the former couple ended their relationship because of their "busy schedules." The pair announced their split through Facebook, the same way as they announced their relationship back in 2013.
