Scott Disick has left a California rehab facility after just 30 days of treatment.

Radar Online reports the 32-year reality TV star and father of Kourtney Kardashian's three young children left the Malibu facility where he was being treated sometime over the last several days. Later, Disick posted a picture of himself boarding a private jet to his Instagram page with the caption "Private Aviation is my Motivation."

"Scott did the thirty days inpatient like he said that he would, and that is definite progress," a source said of the clearly healthier looking Disick.

Word is he now plans to continue receiving outpatient treatment and hopes to soon be able to enter into a joint custody agreement with Kardashian for 5-year-old Mason, 2-year-old Penelope and 11-month-old Reign.

To have any real chance at that, reports are Disick agreed to allow Kardashian and her mother Kris Jenner to set the terms of his treatment.

"Kris and Kourtney have set the terms that he is to stay in treatment for a total of 90 days, with the option to do outpatient after one month," a source said.

After nine years and three children, Disck and Kardashian split earlier this summer following one of his drug and alcohol fueled benders, during which he is also believed to have cheated with several other women.

Over the July Fourth holiday weekend, Disick vacationed abroad with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli. The two spent several days cavorting and openly packed on the PDA for all to see. More recently, Disick had been romantically linked to teenage model Lindsay Vrckovnik.

The latest rehab stint marks the sixth for Disick, who has also spent time at facilities in Miami, Connecticut, the Hamptons, Costa Rica, Mexico and Malibu.
