Rumor has it that Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert divorced because the latter was cheating on her ex-husband with different men. However, friends of Miranda have lobbied their support on the singer and insist that she is not to blame for the divorce.

Miranda has reportedly denied ever cheating on Shelton during their marriage and her most trusted friends also believe her. A source told HollywoodLife that stories about her cheating on Shelton with "five other men" is totally ridiculous and absurd.

"Miranda denies ever cheating on Blake, it's a case of he said she said but most of their friends have sided with Miranda. She's just never been the cheating type, she was always so head over heels for Blake, she lived for that guy. To say she cheated with five other men and no one knew about it, well it just doesn't ring true for anyone," the source told Hollywood Life exclusively.

The source further said that the 32-year-old has denied ever being unfaithful to Shelton. Lambert reportedly just feels that all the cheating allegations about her is just a way to make her ex-husband look better amid the divorce.

Back in August an insider pointed fingers at Lambert for cheating on her husband. The source told Star magazine (via Celeb Dirty Laundry) that she has been doing "Somethin' Bad" that ruined their marriage.

The front cover of the publication called Lambert a cheater for having slept with five men and not to mention with Shelton's best friend, Jamey Johnson. She reportedly also had an affair with league baseball player Josh Beckett.

However, the divorce was reportedly spurred when Shelton decided to hire a private investigator to check up on his wife. Lambert was reportedly found cheating on her ex-husband with one of her employees.

"Blake flew to one of her shows to confront them and he caught her hugging the other man. They were forced to admit everything, it was obvious what was going on. Blake filed for divorce, as far as he is concerned this whole marriage was a mistake. He is heartbroken and furious and wants nothing to do with Miranda," the source told Star magazine.

However, Star magazine's asserted that the pair's marriage was already built on lies to begin with. The publication then mentioned how Shelton was already previously married to another woman when he and Lambert got into a relationship. Regardless of all the divorce rumors, a close friend of Lambert told People that she only wants what's best for Shelton.
