NBA 2K14 Locker Codes, Cheats, MyTEAM, & Mods on Xbox One, PS4: Historic Series Four Packs Announced; Kevin Durant
2K Sports has kept things fresh on NBA 2K14 by releasing new locker codes from time to time, but right now gamers are fascinated with the way the game has introduced more and more options on MyTEAM.
After new locker codes were posted last week, the 2K Sports Twitter page got fans even more excited on Monday when it brought up historic team packs. As exciting as it is, be sure to pay close attention to the differences between the older platforms and the newer ones.
"Historic Series Four packs are back on #NBA2K14 MyTEAM on PS4 & Xbox One," the game's Twitter page said. "Head over now to pick up greats from '88-'89 Bulls and more."
Furthermore, one of the best players in the game, Kevin Durant, tweeted about special locker codes devoted to him. You can play with Diamond KD in MyTeam by entering the following locker code on the next-gen platforms: #NBA2K14DIAMOND35, according to Kevin Durant's Twitter page.
The team packs have been one of the game's main attractions this year. Fans have asked for these teams time and time again, and now the game delivered. You can have the opportunity to play on teams featuring some of today's best players while there are also teams that have the best players of all time. Most recently, 2K Sports added Allen Iverson to the mix of historic players, just around the same time he was honored by his longtime team, the Philadelphia 76ers.
2K Sports has been thrilled with the way NBA 2K14 turned out. It not only blew its competitor, NBA Live, out of the water, but it solidified itself as one of the top sports video games on the market.
The big question, however, is whether or not NBA 2K can carry the momentum gained this year into the next edition of the game. Will the success translate to an even better year next year or will the game fail to live up to the expectations?
