Nicki Minaj may soon be slapped with a lawsuit by former boyfriend Safaree Samuels alleging that he was hugely responsible for the production of three of her most profitable albums.

TMZ reports Samuels claims responsibility for tirelessly working on "The Pink Print," "Pink Friday" and "Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded." In addition, Samuels is also rumored to be seeking monies for some of Minaj's other biggest hits, including "Only," featuring Chris Brown, Drake and Lil Wayne; "Flawless (Remix)" with Beyoncé; and "Feeling Myself," also with Jay Z's better half.

Safaree is rumored to be planning to present a "boatload" of evidence attesting to his involvement in all works in question, including videos of him working with the rapper, voice memos from recording sessions, and footage from various studio sessions. He also claims he has several witnesses who are willing to validate his many contributions.

Earlier this year, Safaree publicly declared his ex nothing more than a "faded memory" and officially removed the last of his tattoos of her. The outspoken Samuels said the act came with an "overwhelming feeling of liberation."

Since her split with Samuels, Minaj has been linked to fellow rapper Meek Mill, and rumors recently circulated that the two were planning to purchase a home together in California.

Sources told TMZ the two placed their bid on a nine bedroom home in the Hollywood Hills. For Minaj, the home would be her first since the lease on the condo she shared with Samuels expired soon after the start of the new year.

A native of Philadelphia, Meek is rumored to be excited about the prospect of moving. He is reportedly convinced it would be good both for business and for keeping him out of trouble.
