Bree Olson, Charlie Sheen's Former Porn Star Ex, Insists She's HIV-Free
Charlie Sheen's ex-girlfriend and former porn star Bree Olson has spoken up about her health status following reports Sheen has tested positive for HIV.
Olson took to social media to stop further speculations that she may have contracted the virus during her relationship with the actor.
Olson, whose real name is Rachel Oberlin, took to her Twitter to deny that she has HIV. The 29-year-old admitted that she had already gotten herself checked and is free from the deadly virus.
Prior to her Twitter post, she also penned a personal note on her website to stop people from speculating that she may have contracted the virus during her relationship with Sheen. According to People, Olsen had lived with the former "Two and a Half Men" actor in 2011 in his Los Angeles. Sheen had fondly referred to the former porn star as his "goddess."
On her lengthy post, Olsen addressed Sheen's rumored HIV disease although she didn't outright mention his name. Instead, she called him as an "ex-boyfriend from years ago."
"There are speculations circling that one of my ex-boyfriends from years ago may have contracted the HIV virus. They are rumors and I know nothing more than anyone else. I, myself have been to my gynecologist [sic] at least once a year since we split up and have always been tested across the board for everything and have come back clean across the board every time," Olsen wrote on her website according to People.
She also claimed ignorance about having any knowledge about Sheen allegedly being HIV positive. Referencing the "Game of Thrones" character played by Kit Harington, Olsen wrote on her site, "Call me Jon Snow. I know nothing."
However, Sheen's ex-wife Denise Richards supposedly already knows about the actor being HIV positive. A source told Access Hollywood that she's known about his condition for years. But Richards insists she and her two daughters from Sheen have not contracted the virus. It's believed the actor has been infected with HIV since 2006 after they finalized their divorce and have not been intimate since.
The 50-year-old actor has yet to address the speculations and it's reported he will open up about it on "The Today Show" on Tuesday. However, top Hollywood publicist and crisis manager Howard Bragman told People that the actor opening up about his rumored HIV might land him in trouble. True he may get sympathy from others but his confession could reportedly also open up to possible legal complaints from his previous partners.
